Our service operates across all of Lanarkshire. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing workers work alongside the Primary Care Mental Health Liaison Nurses in your GP practice, providing non-clinical interventions to support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing. It is open to people over 16 years and referral is via the Primary Care Mental Health Liaison Nurse. Support is short term, on average no longer than 8 weeks.
